How we built our 4×4 overland camper van based on a Mitsubishi Delica l300 and explored the countries along the Pan-American Highway for almost two years. Ultimately a system with an air tank would be the best, but our tires. Are not overly huge as well as time for airing them up is not an issue on a long road-trip. Also using air-tools is not necessary either. In the end I went with an ARB CKMA12 high output air compressor. Did you like this article? Share it with your friends!

Our Bug Out Vehicle. BOV To Do List. Previously I have self designed the wooden platform so that the passenger chair can be lowered and be at level with the wooden rack. The panel can be folded up so that it does not occupy space. Overall my partner is happy but not me, I felt the mattress a little uncomfortable as it has bulges on the top. A way to solve the problem is not to inflate too hard, maybe some like it and some do not. Bungee cord to hold the board in place. Our compressible Therm-a-Rest pillow.

I needed a Semi-Flexi 20W Solar Panel which is lighter and more durable unlike those glass reinforced with Aluminium frames that are much heavier. We only install area that we move often, under the storage compartment was left untouched because the carpet itself will prevent the gears from sliding around.
