Wednesday, April 25, 2012. Motivation is something I crave. It is a heavy crave these days, kept company by doubt. Doubt is a like a bad illness, paralyzing my mind and therefore my body. Even if it is just for an instant it is enough to have lasting effects. Maybe doubt is not the correct label for this. Strength. Maybe that's it. Heading into mile two of a twenty mile long run, thinking to myself, "should I be breathing this hard after that hill? Should my ankle be hurting already? Or negative thoughts...

Sunday, February 5, 2012. Since the Mayans, I think, say the world is going to end in 2012, or something like that, I figure I better get back on the updates. For Christmas I was graciously upgraded to two cameras by my thoughtful husband, so I can always have a camera with me. I call it my purse camera. It's just a point and shoot, but it does have video it's kind of exciting. He's doing the six already! Now if the video will hurry up and upload I can post this thing. Brought to you by. Thursday, December 15, 2011. So we made some cookies. I have yet to master the art of remaining calm while making cookies with kids. You end up with egg shells in the dough, flour all over the place, reindeer with broken legs, Christmas trees with no trunks. The decorating isn't much easier on me.how many times do I need to say that you DON'T NEED THAT MUCH ICING? Or that the sprinkles don't stick without any icing on them. It nearly kills me. Facebook is so overrated (in fact the word "facebook" doesn't even register on the spell check). Maybe it will be my New Year's resolution to quit using facebook. At least a few times I mentioned to them that they could take their sunglasses off in the store. They chose to keep them on. Louis also insisted on bringing his pirate telescope, aka toilet paper roll, into the store with him and looking for treasure saying "Ahoy, matey! So much for being inconspicuous. . The day after moving in I took the kids back to the condo to pack some things up, and as soon as we arrived they all whined and cried for wanting to go back to the new house. Even Sasha has already adjusted. We've left her alone a few times and as long as the garbage is put away she's quiet and happy. No bark slobber on the windows.
