Educating for the 21st Century. Venture capital meets education. I’m a father of two young adults, and concerned about the world’s future. I’m retired from my venture firm Charles River Ventures. Some six years ago, I started working on several initiatives dealing with the collision of innovation with our education system. Here’s what I’ve accomplished so far. I co-authored a book. Because she was very nice and helpful, I decided to interview her. All the waiters on the ship are from the Philippines. Vivian came here from the Philippines because she makes more money here. They are mammals and live in the water, which I find very amazing. Dolphins are smart and they enjoy the company of humans. One of the most exciting things I’ve done is come within five feet of a dolphin at Little Saint Simons Island. Fun facts about dolphins:. Dolphins have 100-200 teeth. Five types of dolphins live in fresh water and 26 live in salt water.

When we we went to Dana Nature Reserve, Gibson flipped a rock and found a Death Stalker Scorpion! We got really close to it but then a guide told us it was the most poisonous in the world so we backed off. First, general updates on things mentioned previously:. GRE went well, but I’ve pretty much decided to take a year between now and grad school to do a Post-Baccalaureate program for Greek and Latin. This will be good for me in many ways. My abstract for CAMWS (the Classical Association of the Midwest and South) was recently accepted!
