Diptford and North Huish Parish News. We have an excellent monthly magazine covering what is happening in the district and advertising future plans. The magazine gives information on businesses in the area and often carries personal telephone numbers which this site cannot always do. Subscriptions are due for renewal every September. Cost is only £5.00 for 12 issues (60p per copy). Mrs Val Haddy (Diptford) or Mr Tony Liddle (North Huish). Please contact Val Haddy 01548 821418. Deadline for each issue - 18.

Stallions at Stud producing show ponies and show hunter ponies - Diptford Stud
Are best known for producing show ponies and show hunter ponies, but have also produced top class dressage, eventers, jumping and racing ponies, flat horses and chasers. The stud is established on a 200 acre farm in South Devon. The visiting mare and foal paddocks have good hedges or post and rail fencing. There are some small paddocks for those needing individual attention. The stud has also been very successful in getting difficult mares in foal. CH Royal International and HOYS 2009 13.2hh SP.
