Imaging USA – Travel Day | Mike's Blog
https://k8jz.wordpress.com/2011/01/15/imaging-usa-travel-day
My summer photo partner…. Imaging USA – Travel Day. It is time for my annual trek to the Professional Photographers of America annual convention. Three days of classes and networking plus a huge trade show where I will feel compelled to do my part to stimulate the economy. (I am doing my part. There are plenty of 2010 photos still online at FairfieldPhoto.com to buy – that’s where you can do your part ). So what would a long plane flight be without the perfunctory “out the window” photo? I will be updati...

Imaging USA – Day 2. Mike is on “The Photo Professors”. Imaging USA -Day 3. Better late than never…. The afternoon was spent help LaDawn Ziser with the products tables for her husband David’s featured presentation. It was a blasting helping them and also good to know that even the big guys have hiccups in their planning, but recovered smoothly and helped a lot of people after the presentation take advantage of David’s products. Archive for September, 2009. Find of the day! Ok, I have never been a big fan of Craig’s List in the past. I have been a happy eBay’er for some time. https://k8jz.wordpress.com/2011/01/16/imagingusa-day-1
ImagingUSA – Day 1. You know something has to be good (VERY GOOD) to be worth getting up early for a 7:00am class on a Sunday. That sums up the 2011 ImagingUSA conference in San Antonio, Texas. Me and 10,000 of my closest photographer BFF’s are at the annual convention of the Professional Photographer’s of America. Basically, I am here on behalf of each and every one of my future customers to make their photos and experience with Fairfield Photography the best it can be. How did I forget about that?

Newer posts ». My summer photo partner…. My niece Samantha is visiting for a few weeks this summer. Her interests in animals started years ago and her budding interests in photography started last year with a fairly capable Canon point-and-shoot camera. Sam demonstrating the correct camera and lens grip for sharp photos. I think she would have had a lot more fun if the temperature was something other than “intense broil” — it was in the mid-90’s with no shade and only a small bree...This is the place!

Archive for October, 2009. How they grow up…. I just finished photographing the Showtime Series hunter/jumper show for the fifth year. While this weekend’s show was smaller than others by comparison, it still had me hopping across four rings to get all the photos that people had signed up to get. Having a golf cart this year was a real benefit! Filed under: Fairfield Photography. Mike’s Twitter Tweets (Follow @PriceMike). Happy Birthday @ HAL9000. Listening to great story on new #SWA. How they grow up…. Quick post – Just had to share…. Where did the time go? Last I looked around, it was early October and the last Showtime horse show of the year. A nice relaxing event all the easier to photograph with a golf cart and a limited number of photo sign-ups. We’ll look back on times like this in the future as “the good ol’ days”. Yeah, they are.
