EBMGT Rushton: August 2009
http://paysonshire.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Summer is ending.is that good or bad? I can't decide. I REALLY enjoy the fall and being cooler! I enjoy wearing pants and jackets and especially the colors of the trees and bushes. So I think I'm coming to the conclusion that it is good. It's just too bad it doesn't last very long. I also enjoy the kids being in school and giving me a little more me time. I volunteered to be over the Skills Group, a mini class for R.S. enrichment. I am excited! Wednesday, August 26, 2009. First day of school. I know, I k...

Alright. These were taken last month when Michelle was in the Hershey Track Meet. All the 3rd graders from, oh maybe 5 or 6, schools around Payson and Santaquin. Signed up for the 50 meter run, softball throw and long jump. After she ran, I asked her how she did. Since I was only watching through the little window on the camera, I didn't see. She said, "I think I did great! Enjoyed himself at the track meet too. He liked wandering around and finding all the dogs (kitty. These other two pictures of Trevor.

Stemmons Day: January 2014
http://stemmonsday.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 10, 2014. St Valentine's Day. It started as a Roman free love holiday that involved exchanging cards that the Christians tamed and renamed for the martyr Valentine. Valentine, a champion of legitimized relationship love was imprisoned for performing weddings for soldiers who were forbidden to marry. That abridged history is for those of you that believe Hallmark invented Valentine's Day to sell more cards.). We'll start with my sketch, of hearts, birds, flowers, and a cheesy saying. Mouse...

Stemmons Day: March 2014
http://stemmonsday.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 7, 2014. Spring Has Sprung Quilt. I was in the mood for a new Spring Quilt. I thought of the poem my family used to quote. Spring has sprung, de grass has riz. I wonder where dem boidies is? De boid is on de wing,. But dats absoid, de wing is on de boid. There are apparently many versions of this poem, it's an untitled, traditional poem that originated in the New Jersey/Brooklyn area. It is sometimes attributed to Ogden Nash. They are so very reassuring. I only wished they bloomed longer.

Stemmons Day: Pilgrim Dolls and Mayflower Family History
http://stemmonsday.blogspot.com/2013/11/pilgrim-dolls-and-mayflower-family.html
Thursday, November 14, 2013. Pilgrim Dolls and Mayflower Family History. If your here to read the Mayflower family history, skip to the bottom. My aunt Ruth made some super cute self standing pilgrim dolls out of coke bottles, baseballs, and gym socks and dressed them up and gave a pair to my mom when I was little. I grew up with them as our only Thanksgiving decor and I played with them every year. They weren't meant to be played with of course, but I was careful. And now for the family history part of ...

EBMGT Rushton: February 2010
http://paysonshire.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
I was taking pictures off the camera to catch up and found this video of Trevor, He is so cute. I love the ending the best! Tuesday, February 16, 2010. So it's been about two weeks now that I've been in my new calling. I am the second counselor in the Relief Society Presidency. I like it a lot. I got the call the night we were at the bishop's office when my glasses broke. But then said that would be mean of them to do that to me too! So I'm starting to feel the love and they are GREAT! Janna and Allen Fox.

Tuesday, September 24, 2013. Letter from Abbey Sept. 23, 2013. This week has been a good one. We had our first lesson with a member referral last Thursday. We will teach her again this week and we are going to invite here to be baptized on October 13th. I love sister White. She has only been out for 4 months but is such an amazing missionary. We get along really well. Yesterday. Thank you for all of your letters. I hope you all have a wonderful week! Posted by Boyd and Lynette Rushton. So I just got back...
