Chantals Trail Running and Nutrition. Wednesday, October 9, 2013. Cross Country 4km Race. Oct 6 – Don’s Harrier Memorial 4K, Sunnybrooke Park, Toronto. The day after my 50km race at Pinehurst, I raced a 4km with my team The Newmarket Huskies. After my warmup, and some strides, I toed the line with my amazing teammates. Chantals Trail Running and Nutrition. Sunday, February 3, 2013. I jumped in with both feet and raced a 25km trail race, Pick Your Poison and came out with a 2nd place podium finish. My speed and fitness base continued to improve throughout the season. I climbed from many second place finishes to the top of the podium throughout the summer season. My hard work paid off and I pulled off the 5 Peaks series win! My 2012 summer goal was achieved and I was ecstatic! The following are my 2012 race results:.

My good friend, Kat Tupling, turned 30 in December so what's the best thing 2 athletes can do? That's right: a staycation! It was a great combination of exercise/training and relaxing.
