In honour of the lunar eclipse last night, I thought it would be interesting to look at the relationship between the moon and the different aspects of Don watershed. On Earth’s oceans, the gravitational pull of the moon causes the movement of the tides twice a day. The Great Lakes, however, are not considered tidal.
