KBr Class - Discovery School. Thursday, June 11, 2015. This was the most exciting science investigation so far! We added baking soda and citric acid to paint. Miss Bradley shook the container and we counted how long it would take for it to explode. Each time we test the paint rockets we changed the amounts of ingredients we put in. The more citric acid and baking soda we put in, the quicker the chemical reaction and the higher it went. The rocket went higher than the buildings! View my complete profile.

KBr Class - Discovery School. Tuesday, May 26, 2015. KBr have been persevering with their gymnastics skills. We are getting flexible by practising our stretches and poses on the mats. We are getting stronger by practising our handstands up the wall and pulling our bodies up the rope. We are getting very good at balancing so we are practising walking backwards on the beam. KBr Class - Discovery School. Friday, March 27, 2015. In KBr we have been learning all about 2D and 3D shapes. We learnt that 3D shapes are fat, not flat like 2D shapes. We have enjoyed looking for shapes in our environment. Shapes are here and there, shapes are everywhere! When describing the 3D shapes we use the keywords.faces, point, and corners. We went into the field outside our school and collected some autumn leaves to draw. Our favourite part of this experience was when we threw the leaves into the air.
