Parmesan Bowls, also known as Frico. Are a really neat way to bring a little elegance to your holiday table. I have to admit, they are pretty neat!

Unless you count an onion and some green chiles as veggies. So just do what I do, and serve it alongside an enormous helping of salad. (Easy on the dressing! This is one of those dishes that you can whip up in no time. Its incredibly simple. . I dont just go around feeding random starving husbands. . No matter the occasion, theres never a speck left!

And is still to this day, one of the recipes my family requests the most. . I went ahead and added the ampersand (&) to the title. You see, we have just always called it Chicken Tortilla Casserole. Just a big ole run-on title. I mean, who am I trying to impress? My family would eat it even if I called it Glop, right? Made from chicken, right?

Sunday, April 15, 2012. Balsamic Chicken (slow cooker). I like to call this dish "My Little Recipe That Could.". Slow cooked chicken, in a balsamic tomato sauce. BEAUTIFUL! Yes, it really is pretty! It also happens to be incredibly delicious! As well as lite, and healthy. Be sure to have a look at my notes at the end of this post for a few serving ideas.
