Most popular are the tracks of the Ronde van Vlaanderen (Tour of Flanders) and Tilff-Bastenaken-Tilff. This page provides some background on the various training grounds and efforts. Last year we all made it till Valkenburg, and while everybody saw it as a personal achievement, we knew better. The helmet did it's job to protect the head, it was completely destroyed but did not help to prevent a fractured collarbone. As the team will be burning lots of calories next week, we are bringing a heap of food and drinks along. to get an idea here is the packing list for the F&B goods:. 160 cans of IceTea/Aquarius. 240 cans of Coca Cola. 160 cans of Beer. 20 bottles of Wine. 4 packs of Smoked Salmon. 20 pieces of Smoked Forel. Looks like a lot, but surely we'll still manage to loose weight over the course of the week ahead :-).

The Walt Disney Company Benelux Tour for Life 2012. Saturday, 18 August 2012. We had an opportunity to taste the homemade Gingerbread (Peperkoek/Ontbijtkoek) provided by Restaurant Pelgrom. Very good indeed. Much better than the factory made version you normally get in the supermarket.
