An attempt to regain some control in my life. Thursday, 19 May 2011. Well I'm still disorganised! OK so I've been diagnosed with depression and am on 60mcg Citalopram. Changed my life it did! It was a horrible, scary period of my life and one I never want to repeat. I do take better care of myself now though and am generally a happier person.
