很奇怪，明明小時候那麼熟悉， 車諾比發生前，亞琳娜常造訪祖父母在莫茲爾 Mozyr 的家，然而災後 別摸花草、不要下河、別碰樹木、不要種菜 長輩總耳提面命，要兒女遠離大自然。 小時候住阿辛卡 Akshinka 的薩沙回憶 核災後，屋簷下方被雨滴到的土輻射數值報表。 根據聯合國原子輻射影響科學委員會 UNSCEAR 統計，全球平均背景輻射劑量約為每年每人2.4毫西弗。 國際放射防護委員會 ICRP，International Commission on Radiological Protection 則建議，一般大眾可接受的非背景輻射劑量，每年不逾1毫西弗 職業工作者每年不逾50毫西弗、5年加總不得逾100毫西弗。 即使站在官方災區 禁止進入 標誌外幾步、立定不動，以恆定每小時1.5微西弗為例，只消一個季節，身體吸收的輻射值就會超過一年期的國際標準劑量。 近年，白俄提倡農業改良，以新科技取代蘇聯時代遺留的大片 卡拉舍 Kalhas 集體農場 ，並改善農民目前僅200至400美元的薪水。 但歲月催人老 這菜園我照顧了50年，以前身強體壯，作物一籃接著一籃收，多重都不怕老了啊 老了 曾經多麼辛苦地工作過啊.
