We pair students with young professionals of color who will serve as sources of encouragement and support. Mentors will guide and assist students with life choices. We serve as advocates to students within the context of their schools to ensure that each child has been afforded equitable educational opportunities. We provide training in the following areas: learning skills and techniques, key transition knowledge and skills, leadership, life and career skills, and information media and technology.
