So, here's what I've got so far. My daughter was diagnosed with ADHD last year when she turned 6. For me, it was a relief to get the diagnosis, because I had known she had ADHD since she was 3. I could finally get some help. I have ADHD as well, and I could see some similar symptoms as my ADHD symptoms. I found an excellent Macaroni and Cheese recipe.
