We are most known for our annual Telemiracle fundraiser which has raised over $116,000,000 over the last 40 years for people in need in Saskatchewan. DISTRICT 3 FOR PIO. Sabino “Pio” Renteria. Sabino “Pio” Renteria is a father, community activist, and a lifetime citizen of City Council District 3 a true civic leader. Pio grew up here, and he grew up poor. He was shining shoes and selling newspapers on Congress Avenue by age seven. At 15, Pio picked cotton and pecans to just help his family get by.
