These cookies are a great example of the dynamite flavor duo. 2 1/4 cup 2 Tbsp flour. 3/4 cup white sugar. 3/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 cup butter, softened. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. 1 1/2 Tbsp orange juice concentrate, melted. 2 Tbsp orange zest (between 2 and 4 oranges). 1 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (I really like Guittard's or Hershey's white chocolate chips).

The fam came back through on Friday night, so we all just hung out at our place, ate dinner, and played some games. On Saturday we toured BYU-I campus, ate some Subway, and said goodbye. Simply Megan and Jason. Monday, September 19, 2011. Cornbread. You would think that this crumbly quick bread would be a great starter recipe for the novice cook. There aren't that many ingredients and it goes together pretty easily right? My "healthy" changes are in parenthesis. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 cup yellow cornmeal. 1/2 cup white sugar (1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup stevia). 1 teaspoon 1 pinch salt. 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. 1 cup milk (skim milk).
