Blackwoods Vintage Dry Gin. In a cocktail shaker add cucumber, rosemary syrup, lime juice and muddle ingredients. Add Blackwoods gin and fill with ice. Add shaker top and shake well. Strain into highball glass, fill with ice, add tonic and top up with soda. Add Rosemary sprig and lime for garnish. 125ml canton ginger liquor. In a cocktail shaker add ginger liquor, lime juice, gin and ice cubes. Add top to shaker and shake. Strain into short cocktail glass, add ice and ginger ale. Add lime for garnish.

Depending on weather conditions and seasonal climate the quantity of our wild Shetland botanicals varies from year to year giving each Vintage distillation its own unique flavour signature. Juniper of course (but not as much as you will find in any other gin). A traditional ingredient of dry gin.
