Thursday, February 5, 2015. These cheesy discs was one of the dishes for our elaborate brunch last week. My daughter loves to eat these starters as main course too. Recipe Source: Ruchi Bharani. Tomato chilli sauce.1tbsp. Cut round slices from 12 pieces of bread. Now cut small round centre’sfrom 6 slices of bread. Spread the butter mixture on the first 6 round slices. Sunday, May 25, 2014. Here is another kuzhi paniyaram variety which is perfect for breakfast and pairs up well as a lunch box recipe for the kiddo. If you have idli batter at home then this is one of the dishes with minor additions to the base batter. Idli rice 4 cups. Black gram dhal 1 cup. Onion 2(cut into tiny pieces). Green chillies 3-4(finely cut). Curry leaves 2tsp (finely cut). Oil for shallow frying. Soak rice and fenugreek for 3-4 hours. Soak urad dal seperately for 3 hrs. Heat oil in a pan.

Thursday, April 30, 2015. Marinara Pesto Flower bread. For the third day of shaped breads, another savoury colourful bread. 1 ¾ tsp. In a bowl take the luke warm water, add 1 tsp of sugar to it and the active dry yeast. Keep it aside to froth up and prove. Add the flour, gluten, milk powder, salt, ramaiming sugar to the bowl of the stand mixer. Mix well. Attach the dough hook , add remaining milk and run the stand mixer in a speed Minimum for 1 minute.
