DRAMA QUEEN Who's better than Me?: It's time to reveal
http://hapiserene.blogspot.com/2009/09/its-time-to-reveal.html
Thursday, September 10, 2009. It's time to reveal. This personal project that I've been working on for months. You know how I always love bags and how I always wanted to start something of my own. Combining these two, TFG is naturally conceived! To be frank, I treat it more like a hobby (though it's an expensive one) than a serious business. I'm not earning big bucks out of it, but it gives me some sense of satisfaction/kick to set this whole thing up all by my own and see it growing. Days when Im Crazy.

DRAMA QUEEN Who's better than Me?: Can't wait!
http://hapiserene.blogspot.com/2009/09/cant-wait.html
Tuesday, September 29, 2009. Met up with our friend, who is our photographer for this Saturday's solemnisation and post-ROM couple photoshoot, over dinner yesterday. I presented my ideas for the photoshoot and he contributed really great suggestions and ideas on that. I'm confident that the pictures will turn out amazing in his hand! Ha I think I'm more excited over the photoshoot now than the solemnisation. We'll be going back to NUS to relive our schooling and courtship days *shy smile*.

Eternal Optimist: Traffic Lights (Another Bites The Dust)
http://prudentprune.blogspot.com/2010/01/traffic-lights-another-bites-dust.html
Monday, January 04, 2010. Traffic Lights (Another Bites The Dust). And so, another of you decided to join the dark side. Congrats and much love! At the beginning of Uni orientation, we are supposed to tell our group members a bit about ourselves. To make it easier to define our relationship status, we have to indicate whether we belong to the Red, Green or Amber categories. Red - Attached, Taken, Unavailable. Green - Single, Available. Amber - It's complicated. 2 - Green Light. 2 - Red Light. What A Girl...

Eternal Optimist: The Biggest Loser: Siang vs Xiang Edition
http://prudentprune.blogspot.com/2010/01/biggest-loser-siang-vs-xiang-edition.html
Tuesday, January 12, 2010. The Biggest Loser: Siang vs Xiang Edition. In the name of good health (in actuality, vanity), my boo and I have pitted ourselves against each other for our own version of The Biggest Loser. Challenge: Be slimmer and fitter than the other. First measure: How many layers at the stomach each has when we sit and slouch? Second measure: How much of the belly sticks out of hip when standing? Third measure: How perky is the butt? Fourth measure: Is there visible cellulite? To win, not...

Eternal Optimist: Woes Of A Lefty
http://prudentprune.blogspot.com/2006/05/woes-of-lefty.html
Friday, May 19, 2006. Woes Of A Lefty. If you haven't noticed, I'm a lefty through and through. Only approximately 10% of the world is sinistral like me. Being in the minority, we are constantly discriminated against. When I was little, I used to get angry at the injustice: Why do restaurants place chopsticks on the right? Why do my fingers hurt when I use the scissors? Why are door knobs on the left? Anatomy of a lefty. Eternal complaints of southpaws. The PC mouse is placed on the right. It hurts our f...

Eternal Optimist: Thanks For The Memories, Moonwalker
http://prudentprune.blogspot.com/2009/07/thanks-for-memories-moonwalker.html
Sunday, July 05, 2009. Thanks For The Memories, Moonwalker. I'm still suffering from MJ withdrawal symptoms. An overdose of his videos doesn't seem to help :(. Film to see MJ during his most glorious moments. When I was just a little 9 year old, Papa brought home the Moonwalker LD (laser disc). That was the first time I truly appreciated his supremacy. I watched his string of amazing performances on repeat. One of the highlights was Badder. The kids version of the Bad. Those were the Days. What A Girl N...

Eternal Optimist: How To Get Her Number
http://prudentprune.blogspot.com/2006/03/how-to-get-her-number.html
Tuesday, March 21, 2006. How To Get Her Number. Nevertheless, the scenarios that I mentioned above only refer to approaching her abruptly when she doesn’t even know you. It is a totally different story if you were already somewhat acquainted with her. With the correct tactics, it then becomes really easy to get her number. Scenario 1: She’s your friend’s friend. A) Get her number from your friend. Scenario 2: She is someone you have not seen, or being in contact with for a long time. The success rate of ...

Eternal Optimist: Chow In Europe '09: Football Crazy Edition
http://prudentprune.blogspot.com/2009/09/chow-in-europe-09-football-crazy.html
Saturday, September 26, 2009. Chow In Europe '09: Football Crazy Edition. UK is a football crazy. Nation. It spawned a highly profitable industry. By the way, my boo is a Liverpool fan. So it was a dream come true for him. Before the game, we were invited as VIP guests to a match played by teams in a lower division. Even our local host didn't know which division they belonged to. The game was in the neighbouring town of Chester. As I said, football is big business in UK. And so, Liverpool scraped away wi...

Eternal Optimist: How I Almost Died (Last September)
http://prudentprune.blogspot.com/2009/03/how-i-almost-died-last-september.html
Sunday, March 15, 2009. How I Almost Died (Last September). This is Renggis Island in Tioman - a snorkelling hotspot for people staying at and around Berjaya Resort in Tioman. This was where I almost drowned myself. It was very exciting to zoom out to sea in a tiny jet boat, decked in life jackets and flippers. In my mind though, there was a nagging apprehension of the unknown that I was about to face, It's just too damn easy to die in the sea, isn't it? Anyway, we were happily swimming in the sea when t...
