A found poem composed entirely of forecast phrases from NOAA Weather Radio. And inspired, one day during a blizzard, by the rhythmic reporting of snow variations on our local Weather Radio station WXK73. Who manage that station. They totally floored me by sending back an audio file of their radio computer voice reading my poem!

This is an important point. There is a critical difference. With free transit, more people will ride. It is a proven fact (it's even intuitive). It will also be more convenient and easier on the employees and more economical for the operation. Waiting while someone fumbles for exact change.
