Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Prosciutto and Goat Cheese Crostini. 1 baguette cut in 3/4 inch slices. 6-8 ounces goat cheese. 6-8 ounces thinly sliced Prosciutto. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with sliced baguette. Brush both sides of bread with olive oil and lightly salt and pepper each side. Bake until lightly toasted, approximately 8-10 minutes. With olive oil and broil until prosciutto is crispy, approximately 4-5 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Top each crostini.
