Dizzy's Movies and other stuff. Day 84 – Sunday. November 11, 2012. Thought I would give you all a quick update and let you know the stats for the last week;. Calories for last week:. Good week for exercising, 2.5 hour Zumbathon on Saturday Night and cycled into work on Thursday. If petrol and time permits I’ll ride again twice next week, if not more. 🙂. The training is going well 🙂. I weighed in on 26 October at 13 stone/ 82.6kg. My BMI is 31.1. Body fat 42.5%. Body fat mass was 35.1kg. So here we go:.
