Her vision was twofold: firstly, to broaden the horizons of young South Africans who had grown up under apartheid, and secondly to equip them to reach their generation with the gospel. In 2009 the State Council decided to establish a National Coordinator to be appointed in 2010, this is when Carla Swanepoel joined UCSA to carry this flag.
