Sunday, July 27, 2008. So after a three week break and two weeks of school, it is time for me to go back to work. I have enjoyed my time off and having a little extra time with Isabella. We traveled to Southern California so that Isabella could meet all of her realtives down there. We also went on a day trip with my dad to Lake Tahoe. Here is Isabella in two states at once. The Intiso Family: September 2010
http://melanieintiso.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Monday, September 6, 2010. On Labor Day weekend, we attended Gold Rush Days in Old Town Sacramento. They pour tons of dirt into the streets of Old Town and people dress in their 1840's and 1850's attire. After having taught 8 years of fourth grade and teaching about the Gold Rush, I have finally made my way to the event. Now that I don't teach fourth grade anymore, it seems kind of strange. Only hat I can get her to wear in the sun. Dancing to the street bands. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Intiso Family: May 2009
http://melanieintiso.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 24, 2009. Isabella at 14 Months. I really wanted to get some pictures of Isabella just after her first birthday. That came and went. So at 14 months I decided it was time to take her year picture. Here are some color pictures. When we were previewing the photos, they showed them to me in black and white. I thought they looked cute in black and white as well. So when I got home I changed them all to black and white as well. Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Thursday, May 14, 2009. A whirlwind of activiti...

The Intiso Family: Christmas Cheer
http://melanieintiso.blogspot.com/2009/12/christmas-cheer.html
Sunday, December 20, 2009. This Saturday we went searching for some free Christmas cheer. First, we decided to got to the Fountains in Roseville. Luigi heard that Santa was going to be there. We went there and never found Santa. However, Isabella really enjoys watching the fountain show in the middle of the court. We also had a yummy dinner at Boudin. Chilli bowls sounded good on a cold night! Santa Claus and his reindeer. Sponge Bob and Patrick. Isabella and daddy all bundled up looking at the lights.

Black Lamp Photography: Abbotsford and Vista
http://blacklampphotography.blogspot.com/2011/10/abbotsford-and-vista.html
October 29, 2011. So this past week I was up in Washington for work and took some time off to enjoy the area and to drive up to B.C. and visit my friend in Abbotsford. One morning when we woke up the rain had stopped to let the sun peek through. It was absolutely gorgeous. So naturally I grabbed my camera, and in my pajamas I hurried outside to snap some photos. I ♥ the Northwest! In other news, here is a lovely sunset photo I took in Vista, CA on a drive a few weeks ago. Thank you for your comments :).

The Intiso Family: August 2009
http://melanieintiso.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 1, 2009. Not all posts can be elightening and uplifting. I think that it is important to understand the times of struggle as well as all of the good times. It paints a more realistic picture of the person. So it has been a while since I have blogged. Part of the reason is all of the struggling that I have been doing over the last six weeks or so. I try to remain optomistic. However, I definetly have those days where I feel discouraged and defeated. I have worked most of my life t...
