Monday, 28 September 2009. General game update 1. Just to let you all know what some games we been doing. The right batallion took ages to resolve and i dont think it fully was, the orcs-undead alliance kept coming back for more. however on the left side the undead cavalry and chariots tried desperatly to break their line but was beaten back completly. it took the intervention of some ghosties to get anywhere. Friday, 20 November 2009. Before i write up what we did let me just announce, I have a job! Its at the whitby disablement action group so i'm now always busy. :P. In this perticular one the object was escort duty (not that kind of escort). 1 squad started at one end, another squad at the other, squad 2 had to escort a tiny robot to where squad 1 came on. the aliens mission is to stop the marines from escaping with it. 20 November 2009 at 12:14. Saturday, 3 October 2009. Derby Old Glory wargaming show '09. Now at this show was a participation game called "Last night on earth". its a really fun zombie board game that we have played before and it was so good i did it twice. first time we didn't do too well and got eaten. second time we defended the manor quite well, we had 2 turns left but they swarmed all around me and i got eaten. still fun. Wednesday, 6 January 2010. D&D Session 3 - Let the hunt begin! Ok been a while since i posted so alot to go through and to my thousands of fans, Happy New year! The cargo airship docks at the castle and our heroes are greeted by the castle guards. Garnet requests to see Regeant Cid, at which point overseer Artania steps in. After showing them proof of her heritage (a jewel pendant) She is allowed through. The guards also mention that the pendant looks like the falcons claw, coinsedence? Tune in next time.

Sunday, 8 November 2009. D&D session 1 - FF9 conversion. Our D&D group recently reformed and just like the last one i'm writing what happened down. we had our new member joe join us, however gareth was "absent". still we had a good session. i decided instead of inventing a whole storyline i chose to "borrow" one, the FF9 one since its the most medieval like. Go play the game. Dont worry so was i but if you play the game all will become clear-ish. So they escaped, with the princess but what now?

Wow its been a while since i posted. lets see news, well our D&D group is on hold until joe returns from london at the end of the year. thats about it so i'm just gonna write up about some others games. We had a cool ww1 trenches game last week, the brits narrowly won it. my forces after killing everyone near them in the trenches decide they're done for the day and go home. lazy gets. still was a good game. Sunday, 22 November 2009. D&D session 2 - A black magic waltz. They enter the ice cavern which you can imagine is covered in ice, hence the name (clever lot are square enix aren't they :p). at one point the way is blocked by a wall of ice which after some mighty hammer strikes was broken. close to the exit they are ambushed by a robed, winged mage who bears the same pointy hat as Joe. connection? And that is where our story ends. what is up with magic soldiers being sent to alexandria? Tune in next time.
