Then I happened upon an episode of the Dr. Oz show with a doctor that was in Food Matters. He was promoting a Clean Detox diet so I thought I would give it a shot. Basically its eating only clean, nutrient rich foods. For 30 days you are suppose to eat. 1 Leafy green vegetables. 3 Plant based protein powder.

When ever I see the commercial I want to call it a Fu Bar, and since I put them in bags I made up a new name. I think it has a ring to it. 3/4 cups Dark Chocolate Chips. 1/2 cup Almond butter (or peanut butter). 1/3 cup ground Flax seed. 2-3 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder. Half bag of mini Marshmallows. Christian was Jack Sparrow, and the rest of us were his crew. He had so much fun hanging little strips of green crate paper all over the house to make it look like seaweed.
