Honoring Our NEPVA Volunteers. Received an award certificate from PVA in 2011 for being among the top 10 PVA volunteers (Non Member Category) as part of the Dwain Taylor Award for Volunteer Service. Bob Campbell has been a long time volunteer for the NEPVA Bass Trail along with Tournament Director Tiny LaFontaine (also a Dwain Taylor award certificate winner).
