Monday, September 16, 2013. I’m so glad to be approaching the end of canning season! We were very blessed this year to get peaches on both of our trees. I was able to can 50 quarts of peaches, make two batches of jam, dehydrate (which was not worth the time), eat and give away a bunch of peaches. I am getting started on my salsa and finishing my tomato soup this week. I really love having a garden and fruit trees/bushes. I am hoping that we get more berries next year. I love this time of year.

Thursday, May 3, 2012. Matt and Hannah cheer Ellie on as she begins the 100m. Ell had her 1st track meet a couple of days ago and she did so well. She smoked everyone in the 100m, taking 1st place and 2nd in the 50m. Me and matt couldn't be prouder of our little 'non-runner'. Monday, September 17, 2012. Two Wheeler (Retro Post). I can't believe I forgot to post this! Paige can now ride her bike. I wish I could take credit for this amazing accomplishment in our family, but I can't. Actually, I am quite proud that she (Paige) gets all the credit. One night about a month ago we were playing outside and I said, "Hey do you want to get your bike out and practice riding? I even said it a little sarcastic because I was sure the answer would be, "No way mom! I'm never riding a bike!

Monday, July 30, 2012. I ran in my first sprint triathlon this past Saturday. I was very pleased with my accomplishment. I have been training 5 days a week for a little over 3 months with a great friend, shout out to Katie B! She is one of the MOST amazing people I know. Thanks for talking me into this crazy race. Tuesday, July 17, 2012. Meet our new baby girl. Madyson Laila Bybee was born June 29 at 10:39 pm. This labor was much shorter than Aspen (91/2 hours vs 23 hours! She came into this world with the tiniest softest cry I think I have ever heard. She is so easy going, very quiet and I think she is just perfect! She weighed in at 7 lbs 6 oz and was one week early.
