Held at Cunningham skatepark in San Jose, the event was put on by Sessions, one of Brauch's many sponsors. Hundrds showed up to celebrate Tim Brauch's memory by watching the contest unfold all day Sunday. Click images to get high res downloads. Cab took first for the Grandmasters. Sunday, August 07, 2011. I took a trip out to Vallejo to meet up with Demarcus and Dan. We hit a few local parks and a sketchy Vallejo street spot. Vallejo is pretty much sketchy all the way round. Last year, someone set fire to the courthouse. Vallejo has a population of 115,000 and a total of four, count 'em four, police squad cars. We started out at X-Park in neighboring Benecia. For all that’s going on at Lake Tahoe. Originally uploaded by jodi engle. The sun was shining and the temperature was a balmy 50 degrees by noon at Sierra at Tahoe. Last Saturday. It was Day 8 of the 2010-11 ski season for me, but I didn’t do a lot of skiing. There were too many things happening! Which also happened to be our mode of transportation for the day. Owner Brian manned the mic at the base and passed out trophies at 2 pm Men, women and children entered and had a great time. January 19, 2011.

My mind and body race as I hurry on foot to yoga class after work once or twice a week, and 90 minutes later the relaxed yogi-me emerges from the warm, dim studio with a happy grin.
