San Francisco SF DMV Parking Lot Freedom Fighters

The San Francisco DMV used to 'look the other way' when it came to residents and guests parking in the DMV lot during off-hours. Unfortunately, many people abused this privilege and left their cars in the lot during DMV hours. The DMV answer was to put up gates and lock up the parking lot.
