Thursday, October 20, 2011. Preparing the Canvas - Part 2. Now to reveal the newly painted wall! We ended up applying two coats of Zinsser WaterTite, oil-based waterproofing paint. The first coat was applied with a large brush, and the second coat with a heavy nap roller. Here is the newly painted wall with the awful, old, dark brown color still on the floor.
