Deb N Gar Ride LEJOG. Wednesday, 5 September 2012. We bid farewell to the dogs, cat, chickens and goats at the b&b this morning and after getting lost got onto the a6 , where we stayed until Carlisle, we got on our way. A really slow start today thanks to a raging knee pain and Gareth's persistent need to pee. You'll have to excuse the lack of humour or witty banter today, after 8 hours in the saddle we're both well passed tired! Tired, looking forward to the short day tomorrow. Kerb trash and dead things.
