A Little Night Music. Wednesday, March 21, 2018. The "I Had A Dream" chuck roast. My dinner on Monday was care of my mother dreaming of putting green pepper in the crockpot with a chuck roast. Let me tell you, that was the best idea for a roast. I served it over rice. Even more delish were the shredded beef sandwiches I made today with the leftovers. Added a little more Worcestershire sauce and then melted some Swiss over it. Up until now, the Mississippi roast was my favorite.this one has usurped it.
