An Alley Bammy Family. Wednesday, April 21, 2010. McClellands Critters.what a blast! Nine of us packed up today and headed to McClellands Critters in Banks, Alabama. I had heard of this place before but for some reason had never made the trip. It's only a little over an hour from the house and after today we WILL be going back! An Alley Bammy Family. Friday, December 3, 2010. We made a trip to Eglin AFB last weekend and camped at the FamCamp. The campground wasn't nearly as nice as the one at Uchee Lake. There were nasty little weeds with pokey burrs that attached themselves to everything. Taking them out was quite the adventure too. Painful little things are covered in stabby spikes. That and the ticks.yeah, not my favorite camp ground. We hiked through the burrs and ticks to the water where we found a TON of hermit crabs.
