Sunday, May 12, 2013. I have not made this in a while so I decided to play around with it tonight. I kept it simple and enjoyed the results. 1 pinch of herbs de provence. Salt and Pepper to taste. 1 1/4 cup of chicken broth. 1/2 cup sushi rice. 1/4 cut of 1 inch spaghetti. Melt butter over medium-low heat. Add in the onion and spaghetti. When the spaghetti is a nice toasty brown add in the rice and cook for 2 minutes. Add in the broth and simmer for 18-20 minutes. Add S/P to taste. Sunday, March 3, 2013.
