Monday, June 8, 2009. 6 handed events are fun. You get to stretch out, and not get elbowed or kicked by the guy next to you. You also get to play way more hands and the intensity level is higher. I hit some more hands- I have AQ, flop come A-A-4 and I get two streets of action. I have 89s, flop an open-ender and knock a guy out when he shoves two pair on the turn when my str8 card comes. Tuesday, May 5, 2009. Just took down a $55 Stars tourney for $3300 or so. Sweet. Had one donk play early on where I shoved 88 into KK on an underboard and rivered a set. Other than that, got it in good and held. By Q9o and I catch a 6 to double up and get to a safe spot from there. Why the BB, who barely had me covered, would call with Q9 there is bizarre. Tuesday, January 20, 2009. After Josh and Liz’s wedding most of the crew headed down to red rocks for a week of warm winter climbing. The climbing was amazing and temperatures were in the high 60’s, we were searching for shade by 1 in the afternoon almost every day. The nights consisted of whiskey drinking, rummy, monopoly, hot tubbing, and eating fine foods (crab, salmon, and shrimp) courtesy of Charlie and Donna. Brandon and Breanne showed up night 2 making our crew total 9 for this trip.

Wednesday, November 19, 2008. For as long as I can remember I have always thought or believed that any animal has two major purposes in life. 1. To Eat, 2. To Breed. My purpose is to be really nitty- those big black and white birdies are magpies- which must be what you speak of. Mocking birds are actually pretty solitary, and leave people and doggies alone, but like to imitate other bird sounds and tease them that way. The magpies are like big rats with wings, imo. I parked in the Smiths parking lot and went in to get my sandwich. As I was leaving a woman driving through the parking lot stoped, rolled down her window, and asked another lady walking through the parking lot this question. Do you know where Smiths is". Me and Josh looked at each other in disbelief. That lady was probably an Obama supporter.
