The “Fricke Indistries: Reno Division” has so far handled a half-dozen major reno projects (like beyond-the-studs bathroom/kitchen rebuilds), and lots of “minor” projects (new fences, new walls, demolished walls, etc). Need a roof leak patched? Not even a hassle. Need a new kitchen (with a complimentary foundation rebuild, all new pluming/electrical, and a few walls knocked out)? That’ll be a lot of hassle, but not a problem.

Another “WORKING WITH A BUD” reno file: Repairing bay window plaster! So, whaddaya do when past water damage finally starts your old 1960s -era ceiling plaster to start peeling and falling in an ugly way? A big bay window had a drop ceiling with peeling/missing plaster and water stains from an old roof leak. The leak was fixed long ago, but the stains remained. The peeling was from many layers of paint over very old wallpaper that was itself coming unglued from the very old original gypsum board.
