Today I ran across an article about the affect of positive thoughts that I found to be quite interesting. You can find the article here. The premise is that gratitude has a positive impact on our lives. I won’t go into the details, but the article is great. Here are just some of the things that I am grateful for. 1) I am grateful for the wonderful wife and kids that chose to come into my life. They define me and I will never be the same because of them. 7) I am grateful for the wonderful home we live in.

Get a Drop Box. I was listening to a podcast by the guys over at Boagworld the other day. It was episode 183. Inspired. You can get to it here. Can we watch some football? This was taken a few sundays ago. It was a pretty busy weekend of trying to catch up from the previous week and get ready for the next one. It was raining and Jax had wanted to play football all day. I kept putting him off because of the weather. I don't remember what I was doing, but I dropped it instantly when he came to me and said, "Hey! Since we can't play footbal, let's watch football.". Just in time for Thanksgiving: Dinner Planner. 2) I like to over plan everything.

Getting to know Halliburton. It has been a while since I have posted and for a very good reason. The item consuming my mind for the past few months was the impending transition to Houston and Halliburton. I couldn’t very well spill the beans here and have the world know too soon. Having Beth and the kids still in Austin is not at all the ideal situation, but it seems to working so far. The house in Kyle will sell soon. We keep telling each other that. We both know it will be over soon.
