Enabling Auto Updates for Plugins, Themes and WP Core Files. February 2, 2015. If you would like MainWP to Manage and Install updates for Plugins, Themes and WP Core files you must turn on the Automatic daily update option. Navigate to your MainWP Main installation URL, and open the MainWP – Settings menu option. Choose an enable option to install or alert you of updates. There are 3 settings for this feature. Email Notifications of New Updates. Disables the Auto Update and Notification features.
