Plivo REST APIs provide functions like Outbound Calling, Outbound Bulk Calling, Hangup Calls etc. You can also do some nifty things like Transfer an existing call, Schedule hangup for a live call, etc. Plivo APIs are based on REST principles, which make it easy to write applications. You can use any HTTP client in any programming language to interact with the API or even your browser. The default base URL for plivo is:. Http:/ 127.0.0.1:8088.
