For any of you who have had the joy of being around me while pregnant totally understand how fun I am right now with two months left! I have many favorite scriptures and conference talks! I am not sure if I had shared this story before, so if I have, I'm sorry. It's been three days, where's daddy? Each of us will have ou...

Monday, January 25, 2010. The Principle of Compensation. I love the Principle of Compensation. I've talked about it a lot in talks and my Christmas letter, but now I feel the need to talk about it more. In October 2008 General Conference, Elder Wirthlin. Gave a wonder talk titled, Come What May, and Love it. In this talk he mentioned the Principle of Compensation which is: The Lord compensates the faithful for every loss. Elder Wirthlin. Friday, January 22, 2010. I know it's been FOREVER since I have pos...

Wednesday, August 4, 2010. Being a mother is one of the most selfless jobs on the earth. There seems to be more complaints than thank yous, more eye rolling than help, and most of all some how our children are smarter than us! I have found the good out ways the bad, thank you starts to come more sincerely, and they realize you were the smartest mother ever (not quiet there yet with my children, but I am sure there with my parents! Jake is so stinkin. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A good man will endure.

House of Monkeys: December 2009
http://nwepps.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 16, 2009. What are you doing New Years? OK, OK, OK. I know I haven't posted FOREVER and now I am posting this! But obviously I've been way too busy to blog! I have no idea where to start, so I'll at the beginning. I went on many first dates and went through a lot of emails. I had come to the conclusion of two things. First, men lie about how tall they are online. I am 5'5, so how is it with heels I am taller than someone who is "5'10"? I love my sleep so I am guessing I must really li...

THE TAYLOR FAMILY: Snow Day
http://totallytaylors.blogspot.com/2012/10/snow-day.html
Sunday, October 28, 2012. It snowed last week. A nice, light snowstorm. The boys were thrilled and loved making snowballs and an interesting "snowman." Then a few days later, it REALLY SNOWED. We woke up to a whiteout. It snowed 8 inches overnight. School was cancelled, the sun came out, and the boys did some serious sledding down the mountain next to our house. Carson makes a snowball. All geared up, ready to play in an inch of snow. Our sledding hill. Come sled with us when it snows again!

Kendall Family: June 2012
http://maryjohnkendall.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 5, 2012. I'll try to get as much in tonight as I can because I'm to taking somewhat unexpected trip to Portland and will be gone for two weeks. Yikes! These next few pictures are on a little walk we took the next morning. The tree above here we called the peter pan cave. Remember that movie how they lived in a dark hole like this? Not a great picture, but fun anyhow. The Root system of the redwood, really isn't as big as you'd expect but still pretty impressive. Its makes me look skinny.

Kendall Family: April 2013
http://maryjohnkendall.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 1, 2013. Where did February go? Oh yeah we were sick. Nothing like throwing off the beginning of the year with the entire family getting sick. And lets not forget to mention the kids had fevers for 5 days consecutively. Yup that would be a total of like 110 hours for Ethan and close to that for Liam. Not to mention that wasn't the only illness they had. Between two illnesses Ethan missed two weeks of school! And a few days later he is sick. Poor guy in the middle of the 5 day fever :(.

Wednesday, February 22, 2012. Birthday Celebration for Ethan. Happy Birthday to my wonderful Ethan. It was a great day and I can't believe you are 5! The Teepee I labored to make him. If I could do it again I'd choose different fabric. The large print was the way to go. But oh well. It's cute anyways and he loves it and sleeps in it too. We made Robin Hood birthday hats since it was a Robin Hood Party. Cute little Liam, snitching the sweets of course. Enjoying the moment. I love you Ethan!
