Dr Lobsters Guide to Equalibrium in the Innerverse. Currently to be filled with musings from journeys abroad, chinese astrological predictions, theorising and 'fun-damentalism'. Sunday, 15 April 2012. Hot Cross Buns of Existence. I’ve taken many steps down the uncertain path of self-inspired spirituality. This has led me away from the Catholicism I was half-born into. Yet last weekend I recognized something I do value about religion. To an acquired honourable act of not eating Crabs. After a few wanderin...

http://june07.blogspot.com/2011/11/but-its-been-no-bed-of-roses.html
When you see the Southern Cross for the first time you'll understand now why you came this way. Friday, November 4, 2011. But it's been no bed of roses. So a whole month to cover! October was, by my standards, pretty boring. No big trips, no major events (aside from the RWC), and really just a lot of work. Term ended on the 14. And so the first two weeks were spent finalizing projects and papers. And no one wanted to go with me. Especially when the wind is blowing towards you. So the stage was set for a ...

When you see the Southern Cross for the first time you'll understand now why you came this way. Monday, August 1, 2011. I wait for the sun, To remind my body, It needs restin. After our hike I had the first frisbee game with my new team (just a re-ordering of players between the 3 “teams” our team had in the division) against my old team. Unfortunately, whoever was supposed to re-order the teams didn’t do it particularly fairly I think and we demolished them, 22-6. I think Im going to be sick!

The walk up took about 45 minutes and from the top the views were fantastic. The downs were super cool. Right before arriving at Gouland Downs hut I ca...
