PANKAJ SETH SOPHIE HAWKINS. Sarnath: The Wheel of the Dharma. Tuesday, October 28, 2008. One time Buddha said, if you see the Dharma, you see the Buddha. Pointing to his body, he said, if you see this but not the Dharma, you do not see the Buddha. Once he was asked Are you a god? And he said no. Then he was asked Are you a man? GO TO THE PHOTOGALLERY. HERE. The Deer Park Monument in Sarnath. Some of the brickwork is from 200 BCE (300 years after Buddha’s time). PANKAJ SETH, BSc, ND.

PANKAJ SETH SOPHIE HAWKINS. Boys Tour of Parlikad. Saturday, October 11, 2008. On our last day at the Auyuryogashram we walked through the small residential streets around the retreat centre. It was a local holiday so children were out playing games and riding bikes. We met a boisterous group of young boys who showed us the rice paddies, a local shrine, a holy bathing site, a rock quarry and paths through the woods. GO TO THE PHOTOGALLERY. HERE. Crossing on a narrow bridge over the rice paddies.

PANKAJ SETH SOPHIE HAWKINS. Khajuraho music slideshow 3:34. Tuesday, November 25, 2008. We travelled by car for 10 hours from Varanasi to Khajuraho. When we arrived it was already dark and we only caught a glimpse of one temple. The next morning began with breakfast on the rooftop restaurant of our hotel, right across from the temples. We could see 4 of the 18 temples here, and it was a truly spectacular sight - humbling for any artist attempting to create something of lasting worth. PANKAJ SETH, BSc, ND.
