The girls finished up school that first week and we immediately packed up (after some celebratory end of the school year ice cream :) and made our way up to Oklahoma to see Zach's family before we left. A little window into our crazy world. Tuesday, March 17, 2015. It's time to dust this baby back off, because our family is heading for a new adventure- ENGLAND! Yeah, we were just as surprised as you! And we move a lot sooner than we would have thought. We have to be there by the end of June. That gives us just about THREE months to get everything figured out, and trust me, there is a lot to do. We have already been asked quite a few of the same questions, so I'll just put it out there for everyone.

A little window into our crazy world. Monday, January 20, 2014. Today we are three months down! Halfway done and on the downhill side of this deployment. About once a month we'll get a card or note in the mail from Zach. The girls enjoy getting a letter in the mailbox. He sent a Christmas package with a few goodies that was actually delivered on Christmas morning, talk about something from the movies. He even sent flowers right before Thanksgiving. A little window into our crazy world. Sunday, October 27, 2013. The day finally came. It was time to take Zach to the airport and say good-bye. I couldn't even think the word "good-bye" without getting teary-eyed. Boy was I going to be a mess. And I had absolutely no idea how the girls would do. Before he left, Zach gave the girls a set of his dog tags that they could wear whenever they were missing him. And even a little dancing. And there were some very sweet moments. Then one last hug. And he was gone.
