Monday, November 5, 2012. Michael took on the task of refinishing the cedar chest since it required a lot of sanding, stain and finish that is not healthy for pregnant lady! I had the task of the dresser since I decided to repaint it with chalk paint which is low odor and does not require any sanding, stripping or any other harsh chemicals. Chalk paint is really, really cool! Plus another $30 for a PINT of finish. But when you're working with free furniture, it's not so bad. : ). And where did you buy it?

There's a lot of pressure that goes along with coming up with the perfect name for your little one. I mean, the kid is stuck with this name forever! We liked the idea of a biblical based name as well but many of those are very popular and the ones that aren't popular are because they are just plain strange.
