總是在歌詞裡使用簡單的字詞，從來不聱牙拮舌，他的歌詞永遠如此順暢卻具備了強大的震撼力。從學生時代便開始創作歌詞迄今已有八百多首作品的姚若龍，是華語流行音樂舉足輕重的資深專職作詞人。 大學時念的是會計，因為校內的徵文比賽，得獎的新詩被同學笑說不像詩倒像歌詞，在某次聽見電台裡邰肇玫歡迎有志創作歌詞的朋友投稿後，覺得有趣，加上那時候很喜歡蘇芮、蔡琴等歌手，也就丟了幾篇歌詞到唱片公司去。沒想到兩個禮拜後，就接到當時在飛碟唱片陳大力的電話，希望能夠碰面聊聊，之後就陸續接到一些歌曲開始創作歌詞。「我被用的第一首歌是王芷蕾『冷冷的夏』，那一張專輯我寫了三首歌，而且竟然有幸可以成為專輯的標題。」當時還是學生的他，怎麼也沒想到，創作歌詞竟會成為往後的事業。謙稱只是因為自己懶，什麼也沒想就順著時間的安排走著...12300;其實寫歌詞就有點像是用文字在演戲，我們必須設定好一個故事、場景，如果能夠入戲，Catch住這個故事所要傳達的情緒，我們就是成功的。」他強調，歌詞必須由歌手出發，平常對於各種資訊來...對於歌詞創作，他鼓勵對於歌詞有興趣創作的朋友們，首先一定要先認知歌詞與純文學的創作是截然不同...今天天母的天氣很陽光&...
