I just got back from my trip to Cancun and I have to say, that was one of the most amazing experiences of my life! At which point everyone would swivell simultaneously to look out the caller's window. Everyone was just so anxious to check on the well-being of each and every animal they came in contact with. They also did a street-dog round up on Sunday which introduced me to these two.

On Remembrance day, a group of us dog nerds threw our dogs (and some tag-alongs) in our cars and headed up Cypress Mountain for a little doggy free-for-all in the fresh snow. It was miserable rainy at the bottome of the mountain but snowing big, beautiful white flakes up top. That night was 7's agility class that runs Masters level courses. I'm sad it's over but I'm not missing the crazy, long, hectic days. 7 (as always) surprised me! The attention. We started him back again slowly, placing him in spots where only a couple people could get to him. That way, I could stop anyone from petting him and just asked them to feed him and get him to do tricks. He loved it! Hyperbole and a Half.

Years ago we decided to make St. Paddy's day Tycho's official birthday since we didn't know the exact day. Today he turned 7 years old! He may be old in body, but he's still very young at heart! Last Sunday Tyler slipped on wet grass at the park and put his back out, we were playing fetch. Canada West says it is a disc injury (slipped or bulging is their best guess without an MRI). The beach was amazing as always and it was sunny right up until we had to go home - excellent time for rain! It made the drive home better knowing it was rainy on the beach.
