A little about us. Dog sled tours since 1979. Jeff began mushing and giving dog sled tours in 1979 with dogs he had rescued from the local animal shelter. He saved many Huskies giving them a job, a hot meal and a loving home. He. Refers to his dogs as Alaskan Huskies, which are really a mixed breed selected for personality, endurance, speed and health. 500 tours a winter. We currently average 500 sled tours a winter. Our favorite trail - we refer to it as an Eskimo roller coaster - runs about 12 miles. Snow conditions permitting, we operate from late November to mid-April. Rides are arranged by reservation only. They leave daily at 10am, 1pm and 3:30pm.
