Alphabetical Book Review Index. Wednesday, August 31, 2011. Pedigree Foundation's Write a Post, Help a Dog! I may be writing a blog about books but, never fear, I LOVES ME SOME DOGS. Especially rescued dogs and more especially senior dogs. Mostly because I have one (she's rescued and a senior but wasn't a senior when I rescued her but I won't hold that against her). She is prominently featured in the photos for my " Teaser Tuesdays. And " Waiting on Wednesdays. And thanks to the Two Little Cavaliers.

Friday, December 08, 2006. CT scan results December. This posting is about 24 hours late, but I think you will understand why. As most of you know I had a CT scan done Monday to see how things are doing. Wednesday I had a visit with my Oncologist and got the results. They said that all the tumors were progressing, (that's bad). Especially the Lymph Node tumor. So that one had rapid growth and the others in the Liver and the one on the Pancreas had growth as well but not as quick and the Lymph Node one.

Tuesday, April 25, 2006. 3PM First "Quick Scan" (phase 2). Of course they were still behind when I came back but I got in by 4PM to get scanned. They do a head to toe scan that takes about 30 mins. Tomorrow they will do the same scan but it will last 2 hours minimum. I know I will not be able to lie still that long. My stomach was killing me after 30 mins. In the middle of the night I cant lie still for 2 hours, I wish I could. Stay tuned for the recap on stage 3 scheduled for 8AM Wednesday morning.

Thursday, January 25, 2007. Jan 24 office visit. As expected we did not find out much on the office visit yesterday. They asked me about my pain situation to which I was able to respond positively that it had improved over the last 2 weeks. So I will be going back on that. So they want to do a CT scan in the next 15 days and see how things are developing. If the tumors are showing increased growth since December 4th (last scan) they may not wait to do the trial and put me right away on standard infus...
